Egg custard and nutmeg ice cream spiked with Middle West Spirits bourbon whiskey. Velvety texture and flavor, with notes of vanilla and caramel.
COGNAC WITH GINGERBREAD
Warming cognac ice cream, with notes of butterscotch and brown sugar. Dark caramel sauce and heavily spiced gingerbread cake pieces throughout.
Mouth-filling and palate-gripping with a pleasingly dry finish. The most amount of Fair-Trade-Certified cocoa possible and the least amount of anything else.
Grown-for-us pumpkins roasted and blended with cream and warm spices: ginger, fennel, cinnamon, star anise, and white pepper.
SWEET POTATO WITH TORCHED MARSHMALLOWS
Roasted sweet potatoes scented with nutmeg and Vietnamese cinnamon. Studded with handmade, hand-torched marshmallows.

Pink and white peppermint ice creams swirled together with white chocolate freckles.
